Having used your services to both buy and sell my condo within 18 months, I cannot leave town without expressing my genuine appreciation for your efforts in assisting me with these transactions. Coming from Ontario without any real knowledge of local real estate, it was most encouraging to meet a real estate agent that took one under her wing to find the that "perfect" condo.
To any prospective clients I cannot recommend Terry's services highly enough. She knows the local market inside-out and can match a buyer's criteria with what is available quickly. This helps cut down on needless searching, viewing condos that would not be of any real interest and attending open houses for properties just to get a feel for the current market. Having to sell the condo, Terry showed me the other side of the real estate coin. Based on her uncanny finger on the nerve of the current market, Terry was able to very accurately assess the likely selling value of the condo. It literally sold within days on the market close to the asking price. This obviated the all too often scenario of numerous open houses, reducing the price, lengthy advertising campaigns and the endless procession of would-be buyers not really seriously interested. Not only was a quick sale, at real market value, a great relief it permitted me to move on to plan my relocation in detail within a known timeframe. Terry even helped me find a suitable real estate agent in my next location!
All in all you cannot go wrong in using Terry's services. In addition to a knowledgeable agent you get to know an optimistic, energetic, always in a good mood lady plugged into the local scene. Do read her monthly bulletins for advice on real estate related issues such as a notary public, redecorating firms, cleaners and many more. For a total newcomer this aspect was almost as important as the real estate transaction itself.
